Working with TaylorMade
What does a technology advisor do?
TaylorMade helps businesses evaluate technology options and providers. Our existing process covers discovery, requirements, solution evaluation, sourcing and negotiation, implementation, and support throughout the contract.
Which technology solutions can we discuss?
Our current practice areas include cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud, managed services, connectivity, customer experience, and AI sourcing. Start with the business challenge if you are unsure which category fits.
Explore technology solutionsWhy work with an advisor instead of contacting a provider directly?
A provider explains its own offering. An advisor helps you organize requirements and compare options across providers, so your decision can consider business fit, scope and total cost together.
Understand the advisory approachHow do you compare providers?
The existing TMTA process starts with discovery and defined requirements, then uses solution evaluation, direct comparisons and sourcing discussions. The criteria depend on the technology and your business needs.
See the processWhat should I prepare for a consultation?
Bring your main technology question, current providers, relevant renewal dates and any requirements you already know. The booking form asks for your business details, primary interest and what triggered the conversation.
How long is the initial consultation?
The current booking flow offers a 25 minute consultation. Choose an available time in the scheduler. The separate same day request option displays a $100 fee and requires confirmation of an opening.
Book a consultationHow much does advisory support cost?
Ask us to confirm compensation and any applicable charges for your engagement before proceeding. The existing booking flow distinguishes a scheduled consultation from an optional $100 same day request. Provider services and advisory scope should be discussed separately.
Ask about scope and costsDo you help after a provider is selected?
Implementation and support throughout the contract are part of the existing TMTA engagement model. Confirm the responsibilities, escalation process and ongoing scope for your specific project during discovery.
